I love making caramel sauce! It's so pretty when the boiling sugar water starts to turn amber.
Individual Pavlovas with fresh whipped cream and raspberry coulis! Delicious!
Veal scallopini, homemade spinach/ricotta ravioli with a tomato pancetta butter, sautéed green beans. Fantastic meal! Will serve the ravioli in mini Emile Henry pie dishes next time!
Round two of spaghetti and meatballs. This was for the neighbors!
First time making Pot Roast! Cooked it a little too long. Just needs one hour for every pound of meat! It was still pretty tasty!
Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic. So excited to make this and it was incredible. Crispy skin, moist chicken, delicious sauce. Must serve with toasted bread!
Low fat lasagna....uses ground turkey but you can't even tell because it's so delicious!
Coconut shrimp from America's Test Kitchen Comfort Food Classics cookbook. My mom loved these! Dipped in orange marmalade sauce!
Chicken and Broccoli Casserole from America's Test Kitchen. Delicious and healthy!
General Tso's Chicken. Served it over rice! Perfect crunchy outside, moist and tender inside!
First time making cornbread was a success! Can't go wrong when you use Cook's Illustrated recipes!
Made chili for the first time! So satisfying.
Chicken Tikka Masala. One of the most delicious things I've eaten. I've made it countless times since!
Chocolate Chip Cookies from Cooks Illustrated. They turned out huge!
Viking Cooking School recipe for Spaghetti and Meatballs. Absolutely delicious and freezes well!
